In the small town of Redemption, North Dakota, Reverend

     Jolie Needham has a secret, too, one she fears may
have destroyed her relationship with her mother, Gena.
Now, seven years later, fleeing a financial scandal in the
city, Jolie and her abusive husband return to Redemption.
Barely able to deal with the problems in her marriage,
Jolie is terrified to consider what her mother will think of
her when she finally reveals the secret that has kept
them apart.
    But Jolie soon discovers her mother is in no position
to hold a grudge.  The new reverend in town seems to
have control of her mother’s mind.  But Jolie can’t prove it
because no one wants to say anything bad about the
“honorable” Reverend Caine.  Jolie must choose either
to trust in what she feels God is calling her to do in
Redemption, or she must continue to live in fear and
risk losing her mother forever.
